📊 In which reports are they shown?

Conversions are displayed in the following reports:

🎓 What defines a conversion?

A conversion is a Plezi form submission:

  • Conversions on a site are the number of form submissions made on the site

  • Conversions on a content are the number of times this content (offer or e-book) has been requested (form or/and landing pages)

  • Conversions on a landing page are the number of times the form was submitted on that landing page

  • Conversions on an email are the number of form submissions made on visits that followed a click in the email.

🙋🏼 Frequently asked questions about conversions:

1. If a contact submits the same form twice, how many conversions will be counted?

==> One conversion = one form submission. If a contact submits the same form twice, two conversions will be counted.

2. If I delete a contact, will their past conversions disappear from my reports?

==> Yes. Deleting a contact will reduce the number of conversions in the reports. NB: You will have to wait for or activate the next update of the reports for this to take effect

3. Why can't I find the same total conversions between my different reports?

==> Be sure to compare these reports without a filter, and with the same update date & time. To update all your reports, apply a new time period and wait for all reports to reload.
