Sources of traffic are associated with visits and contacts thanks to UTM tags.

Sources referred to as “classic” include “Social Networks”, “Direct”, “Organic” etc.

But sometimes “other” sources appear in your reports.

In fact, at the time of creating the visit or action that resulted generating a lead in Plezi, see if the URL settings or the contact-creation tool gives us a known source (referenced on the source-configuration page).

For example, the “cid” setting in the URL indicates that the contact source is Email Marketing

If no correspondence is found, Plezi shows an “unknown_source” in the contact source (new lead) which appears as “other” on your graphic.
