A contact can be associated with several values for a multi-select field.e. Kyle is interested in : 

- "content marketing"
- and "marketing automation"

To make it clear to Plezi that these are two values (without one overwriting the other), separate them with a pipe or "|", with the command: Alt+Shift+L on a Mac or the command altGR+6

For a contact, on a multiple selection type field: if you make a first import with value A, then a second import with value B ==&gt; Both values will be filled in for this contact in Plezi. 

For a contact, on a drop-down list type field: if you first import the value A, then a second import the value B ==&gt; The value B will overwrite the value A.
