If you want to get an exhaustive list of people that have unsubscribed and who no longer want to receive emails from you, all you need to do is create a list of contacts here,  then add the following condition : Contact property > Opt In > Equals > No. 

It is then possible to export the list of contacts or check who's in there in your Contacts tab.
