My LinkedIn account is disconnected

Have you received an email from Plezi saying that your collaborators were disconnected or do you get an error message when you post?

Did you receive an email from Plezi this Monday morning, telling you that some accounts are disconnected (or will be)?

You have scheduled a post on one or more LinkedIN accounts and see an error message like this one?

To reconnect the accounts, you need to click on the "refresh" button in front of the account, directly on your Plezi :

Let's assume it's the account of one of your employees.

  • If you are connected to your LinkedIn, Plezi will ask you to confirm that it is you (by connecting to your LinkedIn) and once you have validated the connection, Plezi will offer to send an email to the email of the relevant Linkedin account.

  • If you are not connected to your LinkedIn Plezi will ask you to connect, and once you have done so, Plezi will offer to send the email to your colleague to encourage them to reconnect.

This pop-up window looks like this:

All your employee has to do is click on the email & reconnect his account :)

Good to know!

  • If the email used is your colleague's personal email, he/she may miss your message. Remember to also send a reminder to their work email address!

  • The connection expires every two months, make sure you do it again before programming or posting a LinkedIn post 😉
