A tickbox field only offers one reply option. During an import, use the values “Yes” and “No” in your file.

E.g. If your field is “Do you have an inbound marketing project?”, then the corresponding column in your import will contain the values “Yes” and “No”.

The NPAI and Opt-In fields work differently:

  • NPAI “Yes” (or “True”) = the email address does not respond to the address given
  • Opt-In “Yes” (or “True”) = the email address is set to receive your emails.

NB: When deleting the columns NPAI/Opt-in in your import file, the contacts will automatically be considered as:

  • NPAI “No”
  • Opt-in “Yes”
